FOLD 01

Three choices only

The user chooses 15, 25, 35 or 45 minutes; a group size of one, two, four, six or eight; and a gentle, steady or brisk pace. The app does not ask for names, ages, attendance, membership, goals, injuries, fitness history or free-text notes.

Gentle emphasizes easier feeds and longer pauses. Steady uses a complete reset between patterns. Brisk shortens transitions while explicitly avoiding rushed or maximal effort.

FOLD 02

Four visible blocks

Open the Fold reviews shared space and readiness. Build One Recipe selects one broad practice idea. Add One Weave connects it to movement or partner recovery. Close and Hand Over lowers pace, collects shuttles after play stops and leaves the setting ready.

The outline is temporary local working state. It is not transmitted, exported, saved as a workout or interpreted as a qualified coaching plan.

FOLD 03

Adapt the outline to reality

Real participants, available courts, supervision, equipment, current club instructions and individual responses remain more important than the generated outline. A user should simplify, pause or stop rather than forcing the next block.

The composer does not provide a live timer, ranking, compliance score or engagement streak. Finishing early can be the right choice.
