FOLD 01

Serve and length

Quiet Short Serve and High Serve Arc explore repeatable starts without pretending to certify technique. Clear and Return and Front Lift and Reset connect depth to balanced recovery, with easier versions that remove a return or shorten the movement.

Each recipe states who feeds, what space should remain clear, how many contacts to try and when to swap. A partner cue makes readiness visible before another shuttle moves.

FOLD 02

Touch, pace and response

Soft Drop Window, Net Touch Pair, Flat Drive Lane, Placed Overhead Finish, Soft Defensive Block and Push and Recover cover contrasting contacts. Added layers are optional and only follow when the cooperative version remains composed.

The app does not calculate shuttle speed, grade a player, compare users or store results. A recipe is a starting point to adapt under current real-world instruction.

FOLD 03

Foundation and preparation

Grip Discovery, Ready with a Partner, Cooperative Depth Pattern, Warm Racket Circle, Gear-to-Court Check and Clear-Space Start broaden the library beyond shot production. They treat preparation and handover as part of the rally.

Users can save a recipe identifier locally as a bookmark. The saved value is not a training history, profile, attendance record or cloud copy, and it can be removed from the recipe or cleared in the Privacy Centre.
