What the app supports
The app supports offline preparation, cooperative practice ideas, readable movement patterns, partner cues, temporary session composition, anonymous rotations, a temporary practice counter, court courtesy, readiness, guardian boundaries, general safety prompts and source literacy.
The interface is organized around a vertical Shuttle Tube Index and fold-out pages. It does not use a generic card dashboard or a live court-map service, and it never represents a saved player, roster or result.

What remains outside the app
Current schedules, fees, availability, registration, membership, payments, competition eligibility, formal coaching, official rules, incident response, safeguarding decisions and emergency procedures remain with the appropriate current club or sport process.
The app is also not a medical, fitness-monitoring, rehabilitation or return-to-play service. Its movement and pause material is general educational content only.
