ROOM TO ADAPT

Inclusion begins by changing the activity, not judging the person

FOLD 01

Start with available space

Broad targets, cooperative feeds and complete pauses allow a group to reduce speed or complexity without framing adaptation as failure. Recipes describe what to make easier and what additional layer is genuinely optional.

Footwork Folds include walking pace, shorter ranges, fewer destinations, no-racket shadow work and a full stop between actions. These are educational options, not rehabilitation prescriptions.

FOLD 02

Rotate without identity data

Rotation Bench uses Fern, Cobalt, Flax, Ember, Sky, Moss, Clay and Pearl tokens. Four, six or eight temporary tokens can move through a round without names, attendance, rankings or a saved draw.

A person may observe, rest or leave a round. The app does not award points for participation time and does not pressure users through streaks or social comparison.

FOLD 03

Respect the real setting

Actual adaptations belong with participants and authorized adults who can see the person, equipment and venue. The app cannot assess accessibility, fitness, health, supervision, coaching qualification or court availability.

Where an adjustment is not enough, pause and seek the appropriate current support. Do not use the app to record a disability, diagnosis, medical detail or reason for stepping out.
