FOLD 01

Before the activity

Confirm the current session arrangement, responsible adults and collection plan through the club's approved process. The app should never be used to enter a child's name, date of birth, contact detail, medical information, attendance or emergency contact.

Junior images in Shuttlefold Cambridge are fictional editorial scenes. They show group settings, guardians, multiple adults or clearly open observable spaces rather than private one-to-one situations.

FOLD 02

During the activity

Use age-appropriate language and feedback about the activity rather than personal criticism. Keep communication visible, respect consent for images and follow current club requirements for changing areas, transport, physical contact and communication.

The Android app has no chat, direct messaging, social feed, follower system, media capture or precise location. It cannot monitor supervision or determine whether an adult is authorized.

FOLD 03

After the activity

Follow the current safe-collection and handover arrangement. A concern, disclosure or urgent situation belongs with the club's authorized safeguarding lead or appropriate service, not in a screenshot, counter, rotation or workaround around this app.

The Guardian Bench is a reminder surface, not evidence that a safeguarding action was completed. It creates no record for the organization to retrieve.
