FOLD 01

Check

Read the court surface, run-off area, equipment, adjacent activity and people sharing the space before the next rally. Carry clean non-marking indoor shoes inside and keep bags, clothing, loose shuttlecocks and drinks away from active movement space.

A preset app reminder cannot certify that a venue or item is safe. Raise uncertainty with an authorized club adult and follow current instructions.

FOLD 02

Slow or stop

Reduce pace, simplify a feed, shorten the movement and create more recovery time when the activity becomes unreadable. Stop play when a surface, environment, equipment issue or physical response appears unsafe.

Do not climb, swing on nets or attempt to retrieve shuttlecocks from lights or walls. Follow the current displayed evacuation and emergency procedure at the venue.

FOLD 03

Hand over

An unresolved concern belongs with an authorized club adult or appropriately qualified professional. A safeguarding concern or urgent situation belongs in the current appropriate pathway, not in this app.

Shuttlefold Cambridge does not assess fitness, diagnose injury, recommend treatment, provide rehabilitation, decide readiness to return, certify equipment or guarantee performance or wellbeing. For an urgent situation, use the locally applicable emergency service and venue procedure.
